What is included in my living wall rental?
The wall, delivery, set up, take down, and two sets of gloves. the rest is up to you including servers and anything served through the wall.
What are the dimensions of the living wall?
The wall dimensions are rougly 12 x 6 x 8 feet.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, paypal and cash.
WHY DID I PAY $100 BUT IT IS $595 FOR THE WALL?
A $100 non-refundable depsit is required at the time of booking. The remaining $495 will be charged to the same card a month before the event, no exceptions.
WHEN DO I PAY THE REMAINING $495?
The remaining $495 will be charged to the same card a month before the event, no exceptions. If the card is declined, you will be notified and have seven days to make a payment or your booking will be cancelled and will reopened for booking.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
You may cancel one month to the date of your event but the $100 deposit is non-refundable. As with any small business, we appreciate as much notice as possible, understanding that cancellations are often times short notice for you as well.
